Peter Randall Holladay

Peter Randall Holladay, known to his friends and loved ones as Randy, age 75, died in his home in Aurora, Colorado on December 3, 2023. Randy was born on August 22, 1948 to Jack and Willeta Holladay in Rockville, Maryland. He moved from Maryland to Denver, Colorado in 1969 to attend the University of Denver from which he graduated with a major in Psychology in 1974. Randy met the love of his life, Judith “Judy” McCullough Holladay, while in middle school in Rockville, Maryland. She joined him in Denver and they were married in 1973.

Randy had a long career in sales in industrial filtration. He had a passion for dogs, motorcycles, specifically Harley Davidsons, and muscle cars. He almost always had a vehicle restoration project in the works and you could often find him tinkering in his garage or playing with one of his many canine friends. His biggest passion and pride, however, was his family. Randy is survived by Judy, his wife of 50 years, three children and their spouses, Casey and Jenny Holladay, Emily and Nick Hoaglin, and Nick and Tiffany Holladay, and five grandchildren Hannah, Tegan, Harper, Henry, and Reece. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Randy will be deeply missed by his friends and family. A celebration of life will be held for close friends and family at the Holladay home on December 9^th. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Randy and his love for animals to the Denver Dumb Friends League.
