Peter John Vatter

Peter John Vatter, age 92, died in his room at Mill Vista Lodge, Highlands Ranch, Colorado on January 2, 2023. He was born August 4,1930 in Frankfurt Germany and emigrated to Chile at  9 years old. He is survived by two brothers, Michael and Martin. He met and married Adriana Carmen Lataste in Chile and later as a young couple, they came to the United States and settled in Iowa, Wisconsin and Bethesda Maryland. He worked for the Export Import Bank of the United States located in Washington DC as a senior loan officer. He is survived by his wife Adriana. They were married for 69 beautiful loving years! He is survived by two daughters Giselle McDonough and Paulette Kirby, six grandchildren Monique Vutla, Danielle McKinley, Thomas McDonough, Erika Hernandez, Brett Moore and Jacqueline Goodwin. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Jacqueline Vatter-Moore.
He will be greatly missed for his great sense of humor he brought to all and his abundant love and devotion he gave to his wife and family.
