Philip Leigh Combs

When we think of Phil the following words come to mind: Independent, witty, adventurous, and brilliant. He was born May 7, 1943 in Kalamazoo, MI and passed peacefully on Feb. 8, 2014 in Lakewood, Colorado. Served in the US Air Force over 12 years. Preceded in death by his son Stephen Tod and is survived by his son Patrick (Robin), sister Suzanne (Mark); grandchildren, Morgan, Mayce, Joy; nephews Tony and Andy; grandnieces, Sarah, Hunter, Harley. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Horan and McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado. The Interment will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery with Military Honors 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Wounded Warrior Project, www.woundedworriorproject.org.
