Philip B. Ginnelly

Philip B. Ginnelly was born November 23, 1947, in Pueblo, Colorado, then moved to Denver when he was about 5 years old, Phil attended St Francis de Sales High School graduating in 1965. He received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Colorado Denver campus in 1969 and postgraduate studies at the University of Colorado Boulder campus. He worked for King Soopers for many years before retiring. Phil is preceded in death by his parents, John & Patricia Ginnelly and his younger brother, Michael Ginnelly. He is survived by his sister, Mary K. Hefestay and her husband, F. J. Hefestay Jr. of Kearneysville, West Virginia. Uncle of Joan West and her husband Stirling West II of Leesburg, Virginia. Great uncle of three wonderful children: Kathryn, Alexander and Caroline West of Leesburg, VA. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 16, 2018, 12:00 pm at Most Precious Blood followed by a committal at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made, in Phil's memory, to the Denver Arthritis Foundation, 2280 South Albion St., Denver, Colorado 80222.
