Phillip Adam Morelli

Phillip (Poppy) Morelli, 71, passed away peacefully in his home after a long battle with cancer on August 11, 2018.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Beatrice, his four children, Gina (Scott), Troy (Nanette), Kerry (Dave), and Dominic, his eight grandchildren, Phillip, Amanda, Nicolena, Julianna, Trevor, Madison, Dominic and Triston and one great grandchild, Camden. He is also survived by his brothers, Tom, Robert and Rick. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother.

Proudly served his country as a Vietnam Veteran in the 101st Airborne Division. He was a fanatic for Mickey Mouse (Disneyland) and loved to cook for his family and friends.

Recitation of the Rosary will be Tuesday, August 21, 6pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada.

Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, August 22, 10am at Annunciation Catholic Church, 3601 Humboldt Street, Denver. Interment to follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area “A”, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver.
