Phyllis M. Gammon

Phyllis, 78, passed away July 4, 2012. Mother of Robert W. Gammon, Jr., Thomas E. Gammon, Donald A. Gammon and Linda M. Gammon; and sister of Bette Hawkins. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert William Gammon, Sr., her sister Helen Johnston, and her brother Reinhardt Scheller.

The family will receive guests Monday, July 9, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 11150 E. Dartmouth Avenue, Aurora. A Funeral Service to celebrate her life will take place on Tuesday, July 10 at 12:00 noon, in the Funeral Home Chapel. Her services will conclude with a Committal at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 2:00 PM with guests gathering at Staging Area A.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations in Phyllis’ memory could be made to the Colorado Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, 455 Sherman Street, #500, Denver, CO 80203; or Denver Dumb Friends League, 2080 S Quebec Street, Denver, CO 80231.
