Phyllis Olivia Medina

Phyllis Medina, 88, of Denver died on May 1, 2014. She is survived by her husband, Frank; children, Laura Mondragon, Michael Medina, Patsy Medina, Lynda Arellano; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and sister, Ada Starner. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 starting at 5:00-7:00 PM at Horan and McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado. The Rosary will follow the Visitation starting at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 10:30am at All Saints Catholic Church, 2559 South Federal Boulevard, Denver, Colorado. The Burial will immediatley follow at Ft.
