Phyllis Peyton

Phyllis was a loving mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, friend and avid gardener who always knew the best dirt. She passed away at home surrounded by family on February 3rd, 2013. Born in Lincoln, Nebraska and moved to Westminster, Colorado shortly after. She was kind and very giving to all those that came into her life, she was quick to share plants from her garden and baked goods from her kitchen. When she wasn't in her garden, she enjoyed painting pots and chairs and beading jewelry. She had a strong love for her entire family and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her parents Keith and Vera Smith; her brother Fred Smith; her son Greg Dumpert and his wife Laura; her daughter Jennifer Gammel and her husband Darren; grandchildren Bryan and Shayley Dumpert, and Colten, Dylan, and Kaylee Gammel. Memorial service to take place Monday, February 11, 2013, 10:00 AM Westminster Presbyterian Church, 3990 W. 74th Ave. Westminster, CO.
