Phyllis Diane Tuller

Phyllis, 52, of Westminster passed away March 18, 2011. She is survived by her loving husband, Dwayne; her father, Delvin L. O'Banion; her children, Jenni (Jeff) Carpenter and Kris Tuller; her grandchildren Isacc, Ashley and Eli Carpenter; her brother, Dennis (Kathy) O'Banion; her sister, Wanda Taylor; her sister in-law, Lorinda (Kevin) Ray and numerous nieces and nephews. Phyllis was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma I. (Presler) O'Banion and brother in-law, Lynn Taylor. Visitation for Phyllis will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 6PM-8PM, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton. Funeral Service is Wednesday, March 23, 10AM, at Church of God (Seventh Day), 9375 Gaylord Street, Thornton. Interment is at Glen Cemetery in Lindon, Colorado.
