R. Walker Nickless

Walker Nickless was born September 16, 1926 and died on September 2, 2011. He is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Peggy Nickless, and his two sisters, Elaine Kelly and Judy Rabson. He was the loving father of Bishop R. Walker Nickless, Diocese of Sioux City, Iowa, Christine (Tim) McCarty, Lynda (John) Fry, Rosanne (Jerry) Carr, Dan (Kristy) Nickless, David (Shauna) Nickless, Paul (Nancy) Nickless, Anne Marie (Mike) Kerlin, Kathleen Nickless, and Mark (Dana) Nickless, all of Denver. Grandfather of Eren, Thomas, Christopher, Alicia, Bryan, Jeremy, Jessica, Allison, Jeffrey, Alexa, Dylan, Jacob, Luke, Natalie, Evan, Lily Jane, Josephine, Grace and Henry. Great Grandfather to Noah, Ethan, Zachary, Nathan, Nicholas, Max, Haden, Jackson, Sam and Emma. ""Nick"" as many knew him, was the proprietor of the Esquire Market in Bonnie Brae for over 55 years.
