Rachel Leone Beard, age 41 of Frederick, Colorado passed away November 18, 2015. Family will receive friends at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 E. County Line Rd. Centennial, CO 80122 on Monday, November 23, 2015 from 5-8 p.m. The family will also receive friends on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 10-10:45 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church.
