(Barb) Melfi, Daniel (Karen) Melfi, Douglas (Laura) Melphy and Timothy Melfi. Grandfather of Jason, Salli, Spencer, Cody, Zachery, Rustin and Niccolo. Funeral Mass Friday, 10:00 AM, Notre Dame Catholic Church, 2190 South Sheridan Boulevard. Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery. Donations suggested to Wounded Warriors Project.org or the church.
