Randall ""Randy"" Lee Spangler

Beloved Son, Father, Brother, Brother-in-Law and Uncle, passed away on October 1, 2018. He was born to Bobby Lee Spangler and Mary McGee Spangler on August 12, 1960 in Miami, Florida. He is preceded in death by Bobby Lee Spangler, father; Mary McGee Spangler, mother; Jason Lee Spangler, son; Jeff Clark, brother-in-law, and his grandparents.

He is survived by Renee Spangler Clark, sister; Kyle and Bethanie Clark, nephew and wife, and cousins.

He worked as a State of Colorado Electrical Inspector for the past 15 years. He fell in love with the state of Colorado many, many years ago. Randy was an avid hiker and mountain bike rider, hiking or riding to find the beautiful Colorado Mountain vistas.

Randy loved animals, especially his dog, Max, of 10 years. He was passionate and caring to all of God’s creatures. Randy was a wonderful man and will be missed deeply by many.

Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia, North Carolina. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local Humane Society or any animal rights group in honor of Randy.
