He is survived by his mother, Cheryl Vondrak; his father Richard Vondrak; sister, Aundrea Vondrak; brothers, Richard and Eddy Vondrak; grandparents, Viola Vondrak, Herman & Virginia Mares; preceded in death by Mitchell Vondrak; and many other loving family members.
