A Man Who Was So Much More a poem for my father-in-law, Raul Cuellar, who died on May 4th, 2014 written for him by Marne Wills-Cuellar And, there he was, a handsome guy A man who was so much more. He knew the farm, he knew the land Every tool and every chore. With family and values and doing ""right"" His love like a solid floor. A wife, a house, eight children then Walking in-and-out of his door. Oh, he knew commitment and he knew strife In peacetime and in war He did what he could, where ever he was A man who was so much more. This is not goodbye, this is thank you. For the lessons and strength that you bore. We'll think of you and remember, The man who was so much more. Please share your memories of Raul and condolences with his family by signing the guest book below.
