Raymond C. Laird, 88, of Aurora, passed away on Monday, August 13, 2007. Raymond is survived by his sister and brother both of Bessemer, AL, his sister-in-law Pat Stamm of Aurora, 6 grandchildren, Wendy, Kent, Sean, Michael, Jeremy and Jonathan and 9 great-grandchildren. Raymond retired as a captain from the United States Air Force after more than 20 years of service. Visitation will be Friday, August 17, from 10:00AM until service time at 12 Noon at the Horan and McConaty Funeral Home, 11150 E. Dartmouth Rd (Parker) in Aurora. Burial will be at 2:00PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery at Staging area C. Donations may be made to American Heart Association of Colorado, 1280 S. Parker Rd. Denver, Co 80231.
