Revis E. Compton, Jr.

Revis E. Compton, Jr. July 4, 1936 - May 16, 2017 Revis, 80, of Highlands Ranch, passed on May 16, 2017. He is survived by his three sons, Marc (Jody), Stephen (Glenda), David (Darla); seven grandchildren, Riley, Cassidy, Carley, Ethan, Lucas, Grant, & Dana; his brother, Jerry (Theresa); and numerous nieces and nephews. Revis spent 30+ years in the United States Navy achieving the rank of Commander. Professionally, he also worked for Lockheed Martin as an electrical engineer. He had a deep love for his family and will be dearly missed. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, May 22, 2017 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Lakewood, CO. Funeral Services with Visitation 1 hour prior will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 10:00AM at Bear Valley Church of Christ, 2707 S. Lamar St. Denver, CO. Burial will take place immediately following at 12:00PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area 'A'. Following burial, guests are invited to return to the church for a time of continued fellowship and refreshment. Please share memories with the family below.
