Richard Allen Anderson

Richard Allan Anderson (April 6, 1945 - July 31, 2024) returned to his heavenly home. Rich was born in Fresno, CA and lived most of his life outside of Denver, Colorado. Rich retired from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in 2010. Rich loved his family fiercely and enjoyed spending time in the Colorado mountains, watching movies, reading books, and being an active member in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Rich is survived by his beloved wife Miranda Grace, daughter Amy Storrs, son-in-law Chuck Storrs, sister Ellen Beard, brother Al Burgdorf, and brother Pete Burgdorf. He is preceded in death by his mother, Irene Anderson, and brother Wally Burgdorf. He will be greatly missed by friends and family. A private celebration of life will be held at the family's convenience.
