83, of Greenwood Village, passed away June 7, 2013. Richard is preceded in death by his loving wife Peggy. He is survived by his children, Scott Hanson, David Hanson, and Kristen (Mike) Kavanagh; grandchildren, Kerry, and Matthew; and sister-in-law, Patricia Opp. A memorial service will be held at Hope United Methodist Church on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 10am, 5101 South Dayton Street in Greenwood Village.
