Richard Peluso

MSgt. Richard Anthony ""Rick"" Peluso, passed away Monday, June 30, 2008 due to injuries sustained while enjoying a ride on his Harley. He retired from the United States Air Force after twenty-one years of distinguished service on August 1, 2007. He was currently employed with Raytheon and AutoZone. Rick enjoyed poker night with friends, restoring his 1952 Chevy pick-up, a good cigar and sharing Cheez Whiz with his yellow labs, Mollie and Beaux. Rick was extremely devoted to his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Peluso; a brother, Russell Peluso; his maternal grandfather, Russell Powell and paternal grandparents, John and Beatrice Peluso. Survivors include his wife, Lee Ann Peluso; daughters, Shannon and Brittany Peluso; mother, Roberta Peluso; sisters, Tammi Cotter and Traci Peluso; brothers, Ernest Peluso and Bryan Peluso and his grandmother, Elnora Powell. A funeral service will be held 12:00 PM, Saturday, July 5, 2008 at the Buckley Air Force Base Chapel. A funeral mass and burial will be held in New Castle, PA. under the direction of R. Cunningham Funeral Home.
