Bob, 89 of Centennial, Colorado passed away Monday, December 17, 2018. He was born March 7, 1929 in Chicago, IL to the late Mathew and Nada Biniki.
He is survived by wife of 61 years, Barbara, children Scott (Veronica), Mary, and Grandchildren Matthew and Katie.
Bob graduated Drury University in Springfield, MO with a degree in Geology.
During his career he worked as a photo interpreter for the Geological Survey (Sacramento, CA), Itek (San Jose, CA), Lockheed (Houston, TX), Martin Marietta (Littleton, CO), and the Bureau of Reclamation (Denver, CO). He was a U.S. Army Combat Veteran and served in the Korean War. Bob enjoyed camping in the Rockies and traveling around the U.S. He was a lifelong Cubs fan, and frequently attended Rockies games. He entertained friends and family by telling stories about his family history and his colorful life experiences.
Burial will be at Ft. Logan National Cemetery.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 5th, at 2PM at Horan and McConaty. 5303 E Country Line Rd. Centennial, CO.
