Robert J. Cassidy

Robert Joseph Cassidy of Aurora, Colorado passed away peacefully August 6, 2016. He is survived by Georgia, his wife of 62 years and their 6 children. Laura Genovese (Ron), Cheryl Behrens (Rich), Kevin Cassidy (Gina), Maureen Bullard (Tim), Linda Walcher (Dave), Susanne Mooney (Tim), 13 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. He is also survived by his sisters, Margaret Sullivan and Barbara Jean Olson, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Father John Vincent Cassidy. Robert served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War for which he was awarded the Purple Heart. Services will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 10:00 AM, Queen of Peace Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation in his memory to The American Heart Association. Please give your condolences to the Cassidy Family.
