Robert Dale Easter

Robert Easter, 63, Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Passed away March 9, 2017. Robert is survived by his wife of 43 years, Brenda Easter, his two Children, Carla Crist, and Cecle Crist, his Three sisters, Connie Thomas, Arlene Saul, and Charla Roddrick, and many grandchildren. Robert, was born in Baker, Oregon, to Florence and Chet Easter. He was one of four children. He spent a few years in the United States Air Force, as a mechanic. After his time in the service he spent a few more years working for the Union. He was an avid hunter, and fisherman. With a passion for guns, and reloading. You knew he was busy when you heard his Blue Grass music playing. Robert met his wife Brenda Elis, and her two young children, in Baker City, Oregon. They were married September 27, 1974. They were later sealed in the Denver LDS temple, in November 2005. He helped to raise both children with Brenda. They lived in Oregon, until 1982, when they decided to move to Colorado where he spent the remainder of his life. Robert worked as a dairyman for the last 32 years. Robert was always known as a family man. His life revolved around the service of his family and work. He helped to raise two of his grandkids, Jessica and Kayla. He was the patriarch of the family, and often times referred to as, the ""glue"" who held the family together. His later life was dedicated to service and his church. The Church of Jesus Christ, of Latter Day Saints. Those who knew him, knew he was someone they could call on, at any hour with a flat tire. He was always willing to help, no matter the situation. Robert, was loved by many, and will greatly be missed. A service and viewing will be held Saturday the 18th, at 10:30am.
