Robert R. Girres

Robert R. Girres ""Elvis"" passed away on July 7, 2013. Bob is survived by brothers, Jim (Kim) Girres of Cedar Falls, IA, Bill (Sue) Girres of Graettinger, IA; sister-in-law Kay Girres of Graettinger, IA; best friend Gary (Penny) Reinders of Littleton, CO; special friends Betty & Kathy of the Denver area and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by parents Arnold & Agnes Girres & brother Donnie. Bob worked in the fire protection industry for many years in the Denver area and also entertained thousands of fans with his ""Elvis"" shows and bands he performed in. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, July 9, 10:30 AM at Christ on the Mountain Catholic Church, 13922 West Utah Avenue, Lakewood, CO. Interment St. Jacob Cemetery, Graettinger, IA.
