Robert Michael Grosso

Robert Michael Grosso, 50, passed peacefully in his sleep on January 13, 2020 with his faithful companion, Smitick, by his side.

Rob fought a short, courageous battle with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. He maintained a positive attitude throughout and lived his life to the absolute fullest until the very end.

Rob was born in Sheridan Wyoming where he lived until moving to Denver in 1997. He attended Regis University for business administration with an emphasis on finance and human resource management. Rob worked in sales and the mortgage business until his health required him to retire.

This man was truly passionate about the dearest things in his life. He held his family and friends close and honored the time he had with them. With tremendous love and devotion, he valued tradition in holidays and dinners which he helped prepare. Camping and riding his Harley also brought him great joy. His smile is unforgettable. Such a fun person, a good human.

Rob Grosso will be missed every day by his mother, Patricia Kuzara and step-father James; his sister Susan Grosso; nephews Jason Tesch, Kaleb Grosso, Jacob Grosso, and Dominic Grosso; niece Jennifer McLaughlin and husband Beau along with their children Myles and Mila; aunts and uncles Thomas and Karen Mulholland, Chris and Carol Hill, Dennis Mulholland; and lastly his beloved red doberman, Smitick. We know he was greeted in Heaven by his father James F Grosso Sr, brother James F Grosso Jr, and his grandparents.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Horan & McConaty, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood. Additionally, a Celebration of Life will be held in Sheridan WY this summer.

When you think of Rob, we would like you to celebrate the wonderful memories you have of him. Remember life is fragile and should be lived to the fullest!
