In 1955, Bob joined the Army, went overseas and was stationed in Germany where he met his 1st wife Beate Knorr. They were married and soon after, moved to the states where their 4 kids were born.
Sonya, John, Cindy and Tammy. Bob enjoyed riding horses, racing mini go-karts, taking the family to the lake on the weekends and driving the boat, taking the family up in the mountains to ride the snow mobiles. Bob was a professional bare back rider for 8 years. He also enjoyed driving semi-trucks and would race his out at Bandimere Speedway, he pretty much retired from driving trucks after 32 years. Bob had invested into some rental properties and had his own tire company as well. Bob would drive Limousines and this is how he met his last wife Angie Meeks, Angie passed in February of 2022. This is when Bob sold his house and moved closer to his kids, his health started to decline in August. He was diagnosed with dementia, after sufferinging with this horrible disease, our heavenly father open the gates to heaven for Bob on June 14th 2023.
