Robert P. Hughart

Bob Hughart, 84, passed away May 11, 2008. He is survived by his children Jeff of Aurora, CO, Jim (Janet) of Houston, TX and Sally of Boulder, CO; and grandsons Matt and Scott of Tigard, OR. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Betty. Bob was quite the outdoorsman and built a hunting cabin in the mountains 5 miles from the closest paved road. He was a good carpenter, enjoyed working with his tools, and was very mechanically minded. He was a graduate of DU with a degree in Chemical Engineering. A Memorial Service will be Thursday, May 15, 2 PM, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., Aurora. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 2255 S. Oneida St., Denver, CO 80224.
