Jack, 83, of Thornton, Colorado passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2011. He is survived by six children, Jody Miller, Jack (Kathleen) Jensen, Glenda (Hank) Murdock, Sue (Mike) Schwartz, Jim (Cindy) Jensen and Lori Jensen; sixteen grandchildren, Teri Jensen, Michael Miller, Brooke (Chad) DeWitt, Jarod Jensen, Brandon Jensen, Megan Balfour, Henry ""Hank"" Murdock, Jr., Chelsea Schwartz, Shawn Schwartz, Aspen Jensen, Dalton Jensen and Dale Annibal; and four great grandchildren, Kyndralinn Miller, Madison DeWitt, Olivia DeWitt and Anderson DeWitt; sisters, Betty Matthews and Marilyn (the late Mance) Miller; numerous nieces and nephews; and loyal dog, Patches. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Mryna Lynne Jensen; parents, Hans Louis Jensen and Bess (Johnson) Jensen; half-brother, Bill Johnson; and infant son, Tommy Lyn Jensen. A Memorial Service in Jack's honor will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton, Colorado.
