Robert Franklin McCorkle

Robert Franklin McCorkle passed away December 21, 2015 at the age of 74. He was born May 25, 1941 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Charles and Hazel McCorkle. Survivors include his wife, Tina McCorkle; daughters, Melinda Dunning, Dani Drake and Liane (Derek) Simon; grandchildren, Aubrianna Dunning, Bryson Dunning, Brandon Drake, Trever Drake, Lexi Lancaster, Cody Cloutier, Dylan Cloutier and Taylor Simon; siblings Cathy Graham, Patty (Chuck) Stevens, Dick McCorkle, Debbie (Eddie) Sherwood and Rick (Lisa) McCorkle. He was preceded in death by his sister Margaret McCorkle. A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 29, from 5:00 until 8:00 in the evening at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 East Dartmouth Avenue, in Aurora. The funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, December 30, beginning at 12:00 in the afternoon, also at the funeral home. A reception will follow the service at the Heartlight Center, on the property of Horan & McConaty.
