Robert Reid

Robert Reid (Bob), 90, of Thornton, CO passed away on August 14, 2021 on his property. He was born March 27, 1931 in Battle Creek, MI and raised by Forest and Ida Nicewonder. He moved to Colorado in the early 1960’s. He married Sharon Lee (Royle) in 1980 and started their lives together in Commerce City, CO and then in Thornton, CO. He was in the trucking industry for many years and also worked in the maintenance industry. Bob enjoyed farming cattle and hay when he wasn’t working, and even after retirement.

Robert was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed dancing with his wife, and watching Family Feud. He was an active member of The Shriners, Masonic Lodge, Red Men, along with many other societies. He lived life to the fullest. Robert is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, along with many other beloved family members and friends.
