Robert W. ""Bob"" Sneed, passed away peacefully in his home the morning of Tuesday November 15th, 2011, he was 89 years young. Born April 11, 1922 in Kansas City, MO, Bob flew Hellcats for the US Navy in WWII, he was an Eagle Scout, a photographer, an engineering graduate from Colorado School of Mines, a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, a stock broker/trader, investment banker, welterweight boxer, table tennis enthusiast, and pioneer in the petroleum business in Denver. He spearheaded the record distribution industry in Colorado, and brought many popular musicians and famous songs (including ""Tequila"") to radios and turntables everywhere. Loving husband of 68 years to his wife Lois, devoted father to Joy McGee of Greenwood Village, CO and Gary (Laura) Sneed of Rochester, MN, loving grandfather of five, great-grandfather of seven, uncle of six.
