Robert Collyer Winslow

Lt. Col. Robert C. Winslow, age 88, of Aurora, passed away May 18, 2011. Mr. Winslow is survived by his wife of 60 years, Dayle L. Brinser Winslow; sons Mark (Kathleen Mondanaro) Winslow & Greg (Betsy Folkerth) Winslow; grandson Christopher Winslow; sister Lois Gibson. He was preceded in death by daughter Ronda Winslow & son David Winslow. After 23 years in the Air Force, Robert retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and began a 20+ year career with United Airlines as a pilot instructor. Recitation of the Rosary with a public visitation 1 hour prior will take place Sunday at 3:00pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave. (at Parker Rd), in Aurora. Celebration of the Funeral Mass will take place Monday at 10:00am also at the Funeral Home with burial following at 1:30pm at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
