Roberta Crimmel

Roberta Crimmel, 86, began a new adventure when the life she embraced became too full for this earth, and she passed on to what awaits. Her husband of 53 years, Joe Crimmel, preceded her in death in 1998. A blessing in the lives of two daughters, Caryn and Nancy, three grandchildren, Cortni, Kylie, and Joseph, and one great-grandson, Austin, Roberta also distributed her love, generosity, and kindness to everyone who crossed her path. Through her final days, Roberta continued to cultivate her creativity and develop her passion for crafting homemade artwork. As an active community member, she touched many lives through her charity with the ""Sew and Sew"" club at her church. Maintaining the relationships built over her lifetime, Roberta was also a familiar figure in neighborhood bridge clubs and other groups. She was dear to all who knew her, and her lively humor, wise advice, and warm smile will be greatly missed. Services to be held at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado at 12:30pm, Thursday July 11, with burial to follow at Logan Cemetery at 2pm.
