With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Roland Thomas Garcia, who left us far too soon at the age of 15. Born in Denton, Texas, Roland was the beloved son to CeCe Marshall and Armando Garcia. He was a sophomore at South High School in Denver, Colorado.

Roland was an old soul with a loving heart, known for his deep appreciation of anime, manga, and his love and connection with music. Roland’s smile and laughter brought joy to his friends, and he was the jokester of the group. His unique interests and kind spirit touched the lives of many.

Roland is survived by his parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. He shared a special bond with his grandma, Cynthia Poehler, and his cousins, who will miss him dearly.

Roland passed peacefully in his sleep at home. His memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends. His life, though brief, was filled with love and passion. Roland will be remembered for his gentle nature and the joy he brought to those around him.

A service will be held to honor Roland's life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to mental health organizations in his memory.
