Ronald Valdez

Ronald Patrick Valdez, age 75, died in his home in Thornton on April 14, 2023. He served in the United States Army and fought in the Vietnam War. He married Theresa Baca and had two daughters, Deydra and Mindy. He worked and retired from the City and County of Denver.

Mr. Valdez was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his two daughters, Deydra Macias, Mindy Valdez, son-in-law Frank Macias, and three grandchildren: Robert, Alexia, and Noah Valdez. He was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa Valdez.

Funeral Services will take place at Horan & McConaty in Thornton, CO on Wednesday, April 26 at 12pm. Burial Services will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 2:30pm. Flowers can be sent to Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 9998 Grant Street in Thornton, CO.
