Rosalind T. Ogden

Rosalind was born on July 28, 1926 in Trinidad, CO to John and Ann Del Margo. She passed away on April 07, 2020 in Littleton, CO.

She has left behind her children: Gary C. Ogden (Susan), Daryl M. Ogden (Sheryl), David C. Ogden (Denise), Cindy L. Ogden (Tricia).

She has also left behind her grandchildren: Briana Ogden, Rebecca Ogden, Stephanie Ogden, Dan Ogden, Jeff Ogden, Chris Ogden, Brent Ogden, Curtis Ogden, Jeremy Ogden, DJ Van Epps, Shelly Van Epps, Paul Van Epps, Steven Van Epps, along with 18 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.

She is survived by one sister: Bernadette Bowman of Littleton, CO.

She worked as a Dance Band Musician in the Trinidad area, and was proudly accepted to the LaMont School of Music in Denver CO.

She was married to H. Curt Ogden of Branson, CO, who preceded her in death in 1980, before moving to Denver in the late 1940's where she helped raise four children. She worked as a church Organist/Vocalist for many years in the Denver area all the while becoming a skilled homemaker. She was an expert, self-taught seamstress, making her own patterns and saving many torn shirts from the rag bin. She and Curt opened their home to many relatives passing through Denver. One of the greatest joys was watching her and dad dance. MAGIC!!

 

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
