Rozena Widener Cherry, 84, formerly of Littleton, Colorado, passed away March 8, 2011 in Arvada, Colorado. Rozena was born October 14, 1926, in Fruitland, Idaho. She is survived by husband, Lt. Col. P.E. ""Bill"" Cherry; children, Daniel Cherry, Patricia (Gary) Christ, Pamela (Steve) Myrick; grandchildren, Darren, Amanda and Olivia Cherry. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Todd-Jon (T.J.) Jeffery Myrick and sister, Mayme Elizabeth Skellenger. Funeral Service Monday, 2:00 p.m, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Internment at Idaho State Veterans Cemetery in Boise on Thursday, March 17. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Parkinson Foundation or the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
