Rudy (Rudolph) Carl Schreider, Jr. passed on September 2 at 6 AM. Rudy was born at home in the Heights of Houston, TX on October 5, 1942 to Francis and Rudolph Schreider. He attended Reagan H.S. and Rice University on football scholarship where he graduated in 1965 with a Master's Degree in accounting. He and his family moved to Denver, Colorado in 1976. He worked for Touche Ross as a CPA from 1966-1980, and was self-employed at Quantum Resources until 1984 and American Atlas Resource Corporation until 2017. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, as well as an accomplished carpenter and user of tools. He delighted in the company of his family and friends. He was a patient and inexhaustible teacher and a source of inspiration to everyone he touched. Rudy is survived by his devoted wife Gretchen Ragland, siblings Carolyn Anthrop (Don Sr.), Richard Schreider (Amy) and Robert Schreider (Doris), first wife Carol Schreider, children Laura Suzanne Schreider and Rudy (Rudolph) Carl Schreider III and grandchildren Raymond, Nicholas, Joseph and Owen.
