Russell Owen Eggers

Russell Owen Eggers born July 16, 1950 died January 8, 2008. He was born in Lexington, Nebraska to George and Elphe (Baugher) Eggers. He attended country schools then graduated from Crawford High School in Neraska in 1968. Russell attended the University of Northern Colorado at Greeley. After several years. he went back and graduated on 1988. He worked for many years with community correction and as a probation officer in the Denver area. Russell had many friends and did not know a stranger, his nickname was ""Gabby"". He was married to Carolyn Bell July 3, 1986. His only Son, John Russell, was the light of his life. Russell was preceded in death by his Mother and Father. He was survived by his Wife, Carolyn, and his son John of Northglenn, Colorado. Russell was also survived by three Brother and Sisters; one Sister Sandra & Jack Abbott of Gordon, Nebraska; Brother Randy & Heleb Eggers of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Brother Gordon & Betty Eggers of Kearner, Nebraska; Sister Marlene & George Mohler of Crawford, Nebraska and Brother Jeff Egers of Sterling, Colorado. He was also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews.
