Ruth Shirley Ellis

Ruth Ellis (VanMoppes), 84, of Parker, Colorado died 10/13/13. Her Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 21, 10 am at Horan & McConaty, 11150 E Dartmouth Ave (at Parker Road) in Aurora. Survivors include 4 siblings: Audrey, Esther, Buddy, and Russell; children Robert, Connie and Richard; 6 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband of 62 years, Robert, and son Mitchell. Ruth was 1 of 12 siblings in Asbury Park, NJ. She married her high school sweetheart, enjoyed 30 years traveling the world raising an Air Force family. A long-time member of TOPS, she retired from Sears in Aurora.
