Ryan Patrick Sullivan

Ryan Patrick Sullivan, 27 years of age, son of John & Kathleen Sullivan, of Englewood, Colorado. The world lost the brightest light in our lives on November 14, 2011. Ryan Patrick Sullivan was born in Kirkland, Washington, April 2, 1984. He moved to Colorado at age 4 which began his love of the great outdoors and led to a lifetime love of the mountains, hiking, skiing and snowboarding. Ryan was a 2003 graduate of Denver's Regis Jesuit High School and earned his degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2008. Ryan's artistic talents earned him a position in the architectural firm of Eric Morrison in Washington, D.C. where he has worked for the last three years. Ryan discovered that he loved to travel which allowed him to develop his terrific photography skills. He enjoyed his family, friends, and life to the fullest'""even finding time to volunteer at a nearby homeless shelter. Ryan's loving nature and truly kind and generous heart drew everyone to him. To know Ryan was to love Ryan. He is survived by his loving parents John Charles Sullivan and Kathleen Hoban Sullivan and his beloved dog Reily as well as an enormous number of friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will always be in our hearts where he will live on forever. A Visitation will be held on Friday, November 18, 2011 from 4:00-8:00pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave. (at Parker Rd.), Aurora, Colorado. A Funeral Mass for Ryan will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 1:00pm at the chapel at Regis Jesuit High School, Girls Division, 6300 S. Lewiston Way, Aurora, Colorado. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Ryan Patrick Sullivan Scholarship Fund at Regis Jesuit High School.
