Ryan Andrew Wilton

Ryan Andrew Wilton, 16, of Centennial, Colorado, passed away March 4, 2020. Ryan was born April 30, 2003 in Denver, Colorado to John and Christin Wilton.

Ryan was very witty, kind and charismatic, and an easy person to love. He could make people laugh, comfort them, lift their spirits and provide a sense of peace. He was always looking out for others, always ready to lend a hand where needed.

Ryan loved to scuba dive, loved the water, and talked about working on a dive boat once he graduated high school. He enjoyed the snow as well and liked to snowboard, going down the mountain with reckless abandon and stopping at the bottom with a huge grin on his face.

Ryan especially loved the band at Eaglecrest High School and quickly found his home there, playing the trombone and most recently the tuba. He grew tremendously as a person and a leader over the last three years and we were so excited to see the man he was becoming. He will be missed more than words can express.

Ryan is survived by his loving family; parents, John and Christin and brother, Sean, as well as grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly.

A Memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm, on Friday, March 13^th, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 5175 South Picadilly Street, Aurora, CO 80015

To honor Ryan’s love for band, memorial donations will be given to the Eaglecrest High School Marching Band. You can donate at any Wells Fargo branch or through Zelle to the Ryan Wilton Memorial Fund.
