Sally Kirk Shalvey

Sally Kirk Shalvey passed away the morning of Monday, July 11^th due to MS and pulmonary hypertension complications with her husband, son and daughter by her side in Lone Tree, Colorado.  Sally was born in Memphis, Tennessee on August 5, 1949. Sally was preceded in death by her father Dr. Donald Wicker and mother Virginia Edens. She is survived by her husband, Bob Shalvey; children Kirk Shalvey (Bobby) and Sarah Barnes (Daniel); grandchildren Joseph and Lennon Barnes; sister Molly Churchill (Perry); 4 nephews and 1 niece. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 20^th at 2pm at St. Thomas More Parish in Centennial, Colorado; burial will be private. A rosary, in honor of Sally, will also be held before mass at 1:15pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rocky Mountain Multiple Sclerosis Society, an extremely cherished organization to the Shalvey and Barnes family.
