Sally Ann Stearns

February 3, 1941 — January 14, 2019

Sally Ann Stearns, 77, of Littleton passed away on January 14, 2019 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Born on February 3, 1941 she was the daughter of the late Logan R. and Adah V. (Porter) Lancaster. Sally married Thomas Stearns on March 14, 1981 and before he passed in 1997, they shared 16 beautiful years of marriage.

Sally enjoyed spending time with family and friends, she loved to garden and take care of her flowers. Her faith was her foundation and she enjoyed helping others. She was extremely talented and had a beautiful voice, played the guitar and piano. Sally had a contagious laugh and had the best sense of humor. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her children, Thomas Stearns and wife Jill, Erin Gilbert, Jacqui Slinkard and husband John, Blake Gilbert, Kristine Cline and husband Jeff and Ashley Stearns; her grandchildren, Colt Stearns, Chelsey Yang, Courtney Rooney, Chase Stearns, Erica Miller, Kimberly Bauer, Kayla Mace, Rick Beisner, Brandon Slinkard, Macayla Cline, Madysen Cline, Mark Cline

In addition to her parents and her husband, Sally is preceded in death by her son, Derek Gilbert.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 2pm at Abiding Hope Church, 6337 S. Robb Way, Littleton, CO, 80127, followed by a reception at Horan & McConaty at 3:30pm, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Lakewood, CO, 80227. A grave side service will take place at Ogallala Cemetery on January 26th, 2019 at 2pm.
