Sam Santangelo

Sam Santangelo of Littleton Colorado passed away on August 20, 2013, just a few days shy of his 70th birthday. Sam was born in Denver, the son of Tony and Mariellen Santangelo. He grew up in the Denver area and attended Westminster High School where he met his future wife, Sally Guinn. He was in active service in the Navy from 1963-1967. Sam and Sally were married in 1972 and raised three children, Lori, Matt and Dan. Sam was the owner of Santangelo & Co, a wholesale produce company. He was loved by all and will be very much missed. Sam is survived by his children Lori (Ross), Matt (Jenelle), Dan (Gina), six grandchildren, Natalie, Tony, Ty, Jack, Ava and Calli, his sister Susie McCreary and two wonderful dogs, Bella and Mia. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 30, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 3549 Navajo Street, Denver, Colorado. The Interment will follow the Funeral Mass at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area ""C"", 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, Colorado at 1:15.
