""Samma J,"" age 23, of Denver, Colorado, passed August 15, 2015. ""Samma J"" is survived by her mother & father, Dominica & Carlos Ferguson; siblings, Alejandra Ferguson, Emiliana Ferguson, and Carlos Ferguson, Jr.; grandparents, Albert & Pearl Carrillo Manzanares; and numerous other relatives. Also, survived by her father, Sam Benavidez; step-mother, Angel; brother, Trey Benavidez; sisters, Aaliyah and Sophia Benavidez; grandmother, Nana Kiki Benavidez, grandfathers, Sam Benavidez, Sr. and Duane; and numerous extended family. The family will receive friends at visitation on Sunday, August 23, 2015, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street (100th at Grant Street), in Thornton, Colorado 80229. Recitation of the Rosary will be said Monday, August 24, 2015, 7:00 PM, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1209 West 36th Avenue, in Denver, Colorado 80211. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, 11:00 AM, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1209 West 36th Avenue, in Denver, Colorado 80211. Interment will immediately follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 12801 West 44th Avenue, in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
