Sammy ""Sam"" Nash

On April 21, 2017 Sam passed away unexpectedly at his home in Northglenn, Colorado. He was born in Ft Collins, Colorado on January 5, 1947 to Archie and Viola Nash. He was the only son of three children. Sam is preceded in death by his wife Rosi, his sister Bonnie, his grandson David and his parents. Sam is survived by his youngest sister Lori Allegar; children, Christian Menzel (Beate), Jennifer Meir and Natascha Myer(Timothy); grandchildren, Nadia, Christopher, Vanessa , Theresa, Sophia, Nadine and Evelyn. Sam was very devoted to his country and served with pride in the U.S. Army for 20 years. He loved to fish, play poker, tell stories and watch scary movies. He was funny, kind, generous and above all extremely patriotic. Sam and his story telling will be deeply missed by all. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 12:00pm at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton.
