Sandra Deane Gottschalk

Sandra D. Gottschalk, 68, passed away July 1, 2010, in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She was born in Fremont, Nebraska on Valentine's Day, February 14, 1942 to Harold R. Shobe and his wife Nadine E. (Bryant) Shobe. Sandra moved to Garden City, Kansas, with her family during her teenage years and moved to Denver, Colorado, in 1962. She married Thomas L. Gottschalk of Garden City on August 18, 1963. They had three daughters Christine, Kelly and Keri. Sandra is survived by her husband Thomas; her daughters Christine (Robert) Silva, Kelly Gottschalk, and Keri (Bryan) Balkema; her grandchildren Bronson, Dakota, Taeber and Chase Silva; Patrick and Lynsey Colden; Hannah, Elijah, Rebekah, and Josiah Belkema; step-granddaughter Bryanna and step-great-granddaughter Ellie. She is also survived by her brother John (Mary Kaye) Shobe. Visitation is Thursday, July 8, 5:00PM until 8:00PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton.
