Sandra June Peterson

SANDRA PETERSON, 71, of Denver, CO, passed away May 12, 2017. She was born April 22, 1946 in Washington D.C. to Kenneth W. Karnes and June (McKim) Shanabrook. Sandy was preceded in death by her loving husband of nearly 50 years, Howard; and survived by their children Jennifer J. Peterson, Jason J. (Dawn) Peterson, Justin J. (Jackie) Peterson and Jesika (Shawn) Ortiz; 14 grandchildren, 5 nieces and nephews and her brother, James Shanabrook. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, May 19, 2017, 4:00 PM at Christ Church United Methodist, 690 Colorado Boulevard, Denver, Colorado, 80206.
