Sandra "Sandy" Thomas

Sandra “Sandy” Charlotte Thomas (77) of Maricopa, Arizona passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022 after fighting a long battle of Lupus and multi-organ failure. Ms. Thomas was born in Sebastopol, California to Sander and Charlotte Cleve on March 29, 1945. Sandy was a school bus driver and Transportation Safety Manager for the public transportation system in Denver, Colorado. After retiring, Sandy moved to Maricopa, Arizona with her friends Connie and Jennie in 2016 to be with her daughter and son-in-law. She loved horses, sewing, quilting and making memories with friends and family. Sandy loved God and served him faithfully for many years. She was preceded in death by her mother Charlotte, father Sander, sister Lynda, and son, Doug. She is survived by her daughter Dorri, son-in-law Joe, grandson Brandon, and brothers Alan and Pat Cleve.

Services were held in Denver, Colorado on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Horan & McConaty Funeral Services.
